Private beta. The Service is currently offered as a private, invite-only product for evaluation. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and have received an invitation to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Millie is an AI-powered assistant for mortgage professionals that helps monitor email, review mortgage-related documents, and organize loan activity. The Service may connect to third-party accounts (such as Google) at your direction to provide these features.
Millie uses automated and AI-generated outputs that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, lending, or other professional advice, and its outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any output before relying on or acting upon it, including any drafted communications, document extractions, or loan-related determinations. You remain responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to your business.

You are responsible for the permissions you grant and may revoke them at any time. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Go Millie LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the data you provide or connect to the Service.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights necessary to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described there.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO MILLIE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Millie LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected]. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
